Standard Hand Net Bags

STANDARD
NET BAGS

Standard hand net bags are made from
1mm mesh knitted
polyester |
|
They have an orange industrial nylon collar,
|
|
They are 0.3m deep for ease of
sampling.
|
A 1mm woven mesh bag 300 deep
on a standard 250 frame.
|
0.4 and 0.5m deep bags are also available, for use where it is important to minimize
the loss of invertebrates from around the mouth in fast flowing streams.
|
A
250micron 500 deep bag on a standard 250 mm frame
|
Net bags fitting the
same frame are available in over ten precision mesh sizes down to 30 microns.
Common sizes such as 500 and 250 micron are stocked, others are made to
order. |
HEAVY
DUTY NET BAGS:

Made from 1030 micron monofilament nylon netting, they are
rather stiff and may be less convenient to use than the standard net bag.
|
|
These are also made to order at 0.3 or 0.5m deep.
